Millennium Trip to Hong Kong
Sunday, May 14, 2000 at Saikun
Wonderful time has slowly passed by around here. We almost forget about that we are in Hong Kong. Local markets are full of fresh fish. Tourists are also buy those fish at a seaside market and bring those fish to a restaurant nearby.

The family Chan took us a local restaurant in Saikun. The view is really beautiful and many expensive boats are floating around.

Telford Garden Nice horse race area.

Lunch at the Lung Wah Restaurant
Flora loves pigion cookings

Lung Wah Restaurant Roasted Pigions Very best Tofu available here-Eric loves it, too

"Lung Wah Restaurant" was a place Flora wanted to visit since I found that pigion is one of my favorits. When Eric suggested me going that restaurants, I was really "Over the Moon".
I would like to move in Hong Kong for living some day.

Shopping for dinner
Fresh local market
Veges are on ‚Q‚e
What a huge lobster. We have never seen such a big size before.

It is very natural to buy alive fish at a market. Especially here in Saikun, various kinds of fish are available to get. It's so different from Tokyo. We are not able to buy alive fish unless. This is one of
the reason why I would love to live in HK.

Reraxing time at the family Chan.

Play stations are also popular among children. Tom found there are many
Play Station II at Sham Sui Po. Woundering how much those prices are.

I shall practice the game before my next trip to HK. Wait for me!!

J-Jay is a super chef. She is quick and very good at cooking. She might be the best cook I met this time. We had really wonderful time with the Chans. They are really nice family and I would like to send our special thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Chan.
